My Process
Step 1 - Pick Your Date
Browse my availability, choose the date that works best for you, and complete the booking questionnaire online. The time shown during booking is a placeholder used to reserve your preferred date. Final session times will be determined and confirmed based on your session details, location, and lighting conditions.
Step 2 - Finalize Your Booking
Once I receive and review your booking request, I’ll determine a recommended session time based your session details, location, and lighting conditions. The contract and invoice will then be sent directly to your email. If the suggested time doesn’t work for you, we’ll work together to find an alternative. Once your contract is signed and payment is received, your session will be officially booked.
Step 3 - Session Day
We'll meet at our planned location and ease into a blend of gently guided poses and natural, candid moments - capturing both beautiful portraits and genuine feeling. You can expect a small sneak peek from your session within 24 hours via online gallery.
Step 4 - Gallery Delivery
Your full, carefully edited gallery will be delivered within 3-6 weeks (sooner outside of peak season) and will be via online gallery where you can easily download all images - no need to pick and choose.
Is there an additional fee for traveling?
Travel is included for locations within 30 miles of Schofield, Wisconsin. For sessions beyond that, a travel fee of $1 per miles (one way) will apply.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! I adore your fur babies. Depending on the location, they may need to stay leashed throughout much of the session. If you’d like some photos without them, choosing a location where they can comfortably wait nearby works best.
What happens if it rains?
I leave this up to you! Some clients don’t enjoy being photographed while wet or cold, and that’s completely understandable. If needed, I’ll do my best to reschedule your session for my next available date. I typically wait until the day of to make weather decisions, as conditions can be unpredictable.
That said, I’m fully comfortable shooting in the rain! I genuinely love the mood and feeling it can add to photos. As long as it’s a light to moderate rain and everyone feels comfortable, I’m happy to go for it.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
My editing turnaround is typically between 2–6 weeks, depending on the size of your session and how busy the season is. Fall is my busiest time of year, and sessions with a larger number of images may take a little longer to deliver.
I always make it a priority to keep you updated after our session so you have a better idea of when to expect your gallery.
